Job Description
Create monthly / weekly summary of upcoming content, populate content calendars and distribute schedule of content to internal stakeholders (Copy & Art teams). Use monitoring tools to measure the impact of social media on the brand and website traffic Familiar with social tools from blogs, to Twitter, to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ and all the rest. (Know that the list is exhausting) Develop objectives by network. Identify goals and metrics for success. Integrate metrics into account’s development process. Managing / mentoring and providing training to a team of Social Media Executives: Assigning work, reporting and day-to-day team management.
Other/Special Requirements
Think strategically and understand the long-term impact of social media programs while remaining able to execute on the spot Conceptualizing social media communication strategy across relevant social networks for clients / pitch presentations. Being able to establish the creative vision and ideating original campaigns. Staying on top of trends in the digital space to be able translate that into trendsetting work. Presenting concepts to clients & playing a key role in pitches. Have a deep understanding of working with social media analytics to evaluate success of each type of content, by channel, and adjust content development strategy accordingly.
Qualifications:Graduate/Diploma
Experience:3 to 5 yrs.
