Sole Responsible for Pan India Branch Sales Targets
Need to develop business for the Company by generating leads by tracking the prospective clients and fixing appointments and then giving proper presentations to the client.
The perfect candidate should believe in 24×7 work cultures and have dedication towards honouring commitments. A self-driven, dynamic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills, who is passionate about seeking new opportunities and converting them into clients. Must have the knowledge of advertising and understanding of media industry, and ability to generate new leads, draft proposals and make convincing presentations. Should be able to frame effective strategy plans for the prospective clients Should be a team player and be a strong link between the clients and Sales Team,
Demonstrate senior level business acumen. Should have 7 or more years of experience in following up and converting new advertising businesses.
Advertising agency experience is a must. Outdoor Advertising Planning and Buying ,Retail Branding ,VM and Events and Entertainment Experience is also a must.
Researches, analyzes and monitors market, financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on new business opportunities.
Evaluates market research and adjusts new business strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Initiate and manag effective relationships with developed leads on a continuous basis. Manage multiple new business prospect engagements.
Need to Work collaboratively with other team members on the communication product, pitch presentation, etc. Develops and maintains prospect database.
Prepare new business development activity reports for Pan India Branch Heads
Should have the ability to read, write, analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources such as trade journals, research reports, white papers and cross-tabulated survey data. Should also be able to write reports, presentations and general business correspondence.
Need to assit the team and achive Overall Target of Pan India Branche sales,
Need to Handle Each Group Account Mangers and there sales Targets
Direct report to CEO
Should have Complete Knoweldge of Costing and Vendors of Outdoor Advertising,Retail Branding and Event & Activition
Other/Special Requirements
1) Identifying potential clients and building new leads
2) Arranging meetings with key decision makers
3) Uncover client needs through conversations / meetings
4) Follow – up & contact management
5) Presentation to Client, cost estimates
6) Meeting billing targets, collection targets and overall development of the account
7) Documentation & Daily reporting
8) Reviewing overall operations of the account (Defining process / Flowchart / SOP for the team, Setting up targets for the team, Reconciliation of client issues / services as per contracts
9) On-going discussion with Brand Managers on briefs, approvals and special projects
10) MIS / Query Management
11)Dynamic personality with excellent communication skills, Planning, Scheduling, highly persuasive and a good aptitude
Qualifications:MBA/PGDBA in Marketing
Experience:7 to 8 yrs.
