Working in Udacity India team, you’ll be responsible for driving the email campaigns to achieve various objectives of the company including brand awareness, student acquisition & engagement. You’ll be responsible for creating email calendar, working with the content & design team for creating communications and owning the overall performance of the email channel for B2C as well as B2B. Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create email calendar based on the marketing objectives
Run the email campaigns through an email marketing tool
Work with the design and content team to come up with engaging communications to drive maximum ROI out of the email campaigns
Constantly A/B test and optimize different type of email campaigns and elements of the campaigns (subject line, CTA buttons, images, layouts, etc.)
Stay updated with the latest market trends in email marketing and come up with innovative campaigns.
Constantly seek to optimize the performance of the email marketing efforts by driving more ROI out of the campaigns.
Strive for analytical excellence by measuring & adapting creatives based on performance of the creatives (CTRs, email open rates, etc.) on email campaigns
Provide feedback and input on marketing campaigns to the marketing team and identify opportunities to create more engaging marketing campaigns

Requirements:

At least 3+ years of experience in managing email marketing campaigns for a consumer brand with a rich portfolio of previously successful campaigns
Experience with email marketing tools available in the market.
Should understand basics of segmentation and customer life-cycle management.
Basic understand of HTML/CSS; should be able to make basic HTML changes in the emails
Strong understand of email marketing concepts like ESPs, domain authority and warming up IPs
Willing to experiment fast and change paths as needed
Good analytical skills and an inquisitive nature.
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently in extremely fast paced, team environment; entrepreneurial mindset
