Job Profile/Description
We are hiring Business development Affiliates Managers who would be responsible for adding up new campaigns, new affiliates, publishers and advertisers for web campaigns (CPI, CPL, CPC, CPA, CPS). Similar experience is must to apply for this position.

1. Identifying & on-boarding Incent & non-incent affiliate publishers to deliver CPI campaigns in India & Abroad.
2. Grow the overall CPI business in India by delivering the CPI campaigns with affiliate publishers.
3. Lead & guide a small team to help become the best CPI delivering network in India.
4. Handle the entire operations related to affiliate business (from on-boarding till billing & payment).
5. Maximize the ROI from affiliate network deliveries.
6. Building strategic partnerships & alliances with various entities in the Mobile Ads ecosystem
7. Meeting and exceeding the target numbers for growth.
8. Implement strategy for affiliate program, including awareness, acquisition & retention tactics to achieve program targets.
9. Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance
10. Daily Metrics monitoring & reporting statics

Other/Special Requirements
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and industry best practices.
Should be able to effectively collect and analyse website Metrics data from tools like Google Analytics and drive numbers based marketing strategies. Execution of Social Media Marketing efforts
Strong skills in online marketing, branding, social media marketing and copywriting are desirable.
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
