The Training manager will be responsible for managing end to end marketing, advertising and promotional activities for RICS Training portfolio. He/she will be expected to take steps to enhance and enrich the position and image of the company through various goals and objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The training manager will be responsible for the following activities:
Marketing Plan, Strategy, Budget
Understanding, planning and defining marketing objectives and plan for RICS Training.
Prepare marketing strategies.
Preparing, maintaining and adhering to the budget sheet.
Developing marketing collaterals
Regular digital communication with RICS members including monthly newsletter.
End to end creation (including content writing) and managing of marketing collaterals – articles, leaflets, flyers, promotional standees, newsletters, brochures, emailers, banners, magazine ads etc.
Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
Online marketing support
Supporting the manager in development and execution of marketing campaigns for RICS Training – Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and other sources.
Oversee creation and delivery of advertisements, and other marketing materials in terms of leads.
Email marketing
Database marketing and execution (non-tech aspect).
Procuring and maintaining data for email marketing.
Social Media
Re-purposing and posting training related information/posts on RICS India fb page.
Website Content
Writing articles and building content for website.
Brand
Ensuring all RICS brand guidelines are adhered to.
Other/Special Requirements
Excellent content writing skills
Vendor management
Experience in production of collaterals
Email marketing
A team player with efficient operational skills who can support the manager with strategic thinking as well
Previous experience in marketing a must
Qualifications:
PG/MBA; MBA in Marketing preferred
Experience:4 to 5 yrs.
