Job Profile/Description
1. Would you be able to design stunning website designs and interfaces, producing sample sites? Also microsites, landing pages, purchase path designs. Would you be able to effortlessly design social media photos, posts, cover images, banners and contests. Design Emailers & Landing Pages. Also design Email Signatures, E-brochures, e-books and PDF material.
2. Do you have excellent skills in web designing & Photoshop with ability to optimize images for the web? Can you create wireframes and deliver stunning User Interfaces in PSD format to the developer team?
3. Preference to those who have an understanding of Responsive Web Design.
4. Do you have In-depth knowledge on design principles: layout, typography, illustrations
5. Do you have a Sound understanding of UI/UX design
6. Are you a fast worker and team player with a quick-turnaround for projects
7. Do you have Advertising and design experience in digital (and print, if possible).
8. Would you be able to Demonstrate and receive feedback about draft sites from clients and internal teams?
9. Preference to those with sound knowledge of wire framing tools
10. Can you comprehend and find solution for client problems related to designing of UI for complex web pages?
11. Are you good in verbal and written communication?
12. Preferably with Hands on and expertise on HTML 5,Java Script, CSS3, PHP, Bootstrap This is not mandatory

SENIOR WEB DESIGNERS – 4-6 years of experience (SWD)
JUNIOR WEB DESIGNERS- 1-3 Years of experience. (JWD)

You need to have a High End Laptop with good power back-up. Strong Internet Connectivity. A Wifi-Dongle. A smartphone with a Whatsapp connection. Ideal for lady -graphic designers who have taken a sabbatical or want to work from home.

WORK FROM HOME WITHOUT THE COMMUTE TO THE OFFICE EVERYDAY
The advantage is simple. You do not have to spend hours on your travel time – No traffic jams. No stress. You can work either part time (4 Hours) or full time.

OR WORK FROM OUR AIR-CONDITIONED ACCESS SPACES
For full time employees – you have the option of using our office Access Spaces. Fully air-conditioned Wifi Access Spaces with a Coffee Kiosk at all major cities in India. The Air-conditioned Access Spaces are at Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkatta, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Indore, Pune. You need to have your own high end laptop with a Wi-Fi Internet Dongle.

Qualifications:Graduates with knowledge of Photoshop & DreamWeaver for web design and HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Javascript, Bootstrap for Web Developers
