A Multi-National Advertising Agency is looking for a VP.
The ideal candidate is someone who can thrive in a multi-cultural environment that demands understanding and comfort with technology, remote working models and the value that offshored/ near shore models are able to drive for global businesses. Someone who is passionate about digital marketing content, and believes in the power of communication to change the fortunes of a business.
Skills & Qualification :
– Ideally, 15+ year work experience in an Advertising/ Marketing set-up
– Post-Graduation in a relevant discipline
– Proven expertise in B2B Marketing from a communications perspective
– Ability to articulate trends in Social, Digital, Analytics domains. Proven expertise in conceptualizing end-to-end communications solutions that cover these areas
– Passion for advertising and all things digital
– People management for results, and mentorship to drive learning & growth
– Impeccable spoken and written English
Other/Special RequirementsCapabilities :
– Must understand enterprise technology products, solutions, services and the value that IT drives for business today
– Collaborative influencer who can drive hard objectives across agency disciplines as well as service provider teams on the client side
– Experience with data led marketing
– Verbal and written presentation skills (read story telling capability)
– Expertise in advertising operations, to run local and global workflows
– Financial discipline – Budgeting, revenue projections, managing delivery scope, working within costs on the business
Qualifications:Graduate/ MBA/ Degree in Communications
