Job Profile/Description
You should have at least 3 years experience in a midsized agency, with some experience of handling B2C brands, good understanding of both offline and online client servicing requirements and capable of servicing clients independently. You should be operationally savvy and with good English proficiency and presentation skills. Ability to meet timelines under pressure is a must.
