Revenue driver and key account manager for Reliance Pan India business
Should have healthy relations with Reliance corporate and circle team.
Regular interaction with key account manager / product managers in operator.
Excellent skills in customer relationship management, client retention with Operator Circle VAS managers.
Managing VAS operations, ensuring accomplishment of set business targets.
Ensure business development in Reliance across services (CRBT / WAP / STAR TALK / IVR etc.)
To take end-to-end revenue ownership of CRBT / WAP / STAR TALK / IVR product in circle and corporate.
Analyzing latest marketing trends & tracking competitors’ activities.
Should have worked on music – non music WAP & CRBT services.
Other/Special Requirements
Basic WAP and IVR technical knowladge
SMS, IBD, OBD, USSD, PCN promotion knowladge
Excel, Word and power point knowladge
Good at MIS to manage LTD, LMTD, LTV, Churn, mainitng product life cycle
Qualifications:Graduate/MBA
