Job Profile/Description
The overall job purpose is to support the business by designing and developing the digital media solutions as per clients’ specifications and expectations. These solutions shall include Webs, Videos, Animations, Mobile Tabs Apps and other applications across multiple platforms.
The typical work activities are, but not limited to, the followings:
• Co-ordination with client servicing team and receiving & understanding the client’s brief.
• Study the inputs, which may be in the form of an outline, scripts, screen play etc. and become familiar with the production concepts and requirements.
• Developing the sample website with designs, layouts, sitemaps and interfaces
• Ensure cross browser compatibility, performance and robustness of the user interfaces
• Regularly update the websites with fresh contents by using optimum formats (E.g. PDF, graphics etc.)
• Work on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Hands on working with Social Media photos / banners / contests etc.
• Working on Bulk emailers / SMS for distribution partners, content partners, customers
• Assembling all raw footages, with camera shots either recorded or transferred, onto video tape
• Digitally cutting the files to put together the sequence of the film and deciding what is usable
• Experimenting with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements
• Suggesting or selecting music
• Edit films and video tapes to insert music, dialogue, sound effects to arrange film in the sequence.
• Correcting faulty footage, grading and colouring, and adding special effects
• Development of Apps tailored to the specific needs using suitable platform for mobile phones / PCs

Qualifications:1) Graduate or Post Graduate (Any diploma on Digital Media Production preferred) 2) Google AdWords certification preferred 3) In-depth knowledge of design principles: layouts, typography, illustrations etc. 4) Sound knowledge of PHP, MySQL, WordPress, Java scripts, JQuery, SS, HTML, Photoshop, Wire framing, DVD studio, Multitrack audio recording and editing softwares etc. 5) Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills and organisational skillsExperience:2 to 3 yrs.
