looking for account managers with a strategic bent of mind for a couple of new MNC brands in consumer electronics, FMCG and/or IT services. Also, LOOKING FOR ACCOUNT PLANNERS.
2-4 years of work experience.
Own the relationship with the client and service with a service mindset.
Solution thinker who finds innovative and creative solutions to day to day operational problems. Rather than delegate upward and downward or crib.
Mature to be able to manage unstructured, startup environments. A sort of environment that helps thrive.
Thinks business for the agency – sound financial management and creates, closes revenue opportunities for the agency.
Passionate about brands and business, has a “total perspective” – not, I am in Account Management, my job ends here mindset.
PLANNERS: need to have a wide array of awareness of external world, people interest. Research experience preferred.
Other/Special RequirementsMBA preferred
2-4 years on aligned FMCG brands in a network agency is helpful.
