Job Description -New business acquisition -Take complete charge of the brand -Monitor the client’s requirements and address queries of all BD, CS to ensure closing of deals.. -Give weekly, monthly & quarterly projections. -Ensure client mapping by the BD, CS to the width and depth. -Supervise CS, BD to ensure delivery to the client on schedule. -Making and working on presentations on campaign ideas and budget to the client; -Working on brief for media, creative and research team. Assist with advertising strategies; -Mentor and manage reporting team members. -Ensure invoicing to client within 24 hours. -Ensure collection with 30 days or as agreed terms. -Working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of advertising strategies; -Monitor client SLA of each BD. -Responsible for KPI, MMS and Target. -Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification; -Guide and motivate BD, CS to generate the business from different SBU’s of client. -Complete coordination with Production team. -Maintain cordial relations with clients and monitoring the dealings with clients to retain their support to the business. -Organizing the clients on high, medium and low on business volumes caliber. -Attend the client meetings with BD, CS. Other/Special RequirementsExcellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent time management, an individual who thrives on working autonomously. Strong co-ordination and analytical skills, and managerial qualities. Qualifications:
MBA/ Mass Communication / Any Graduate
Experience:7 to 15 yrs.
