Job Profile/Description
The candidate will be responsible to drive strategic & synergistic partnerships & alliances across client categories using Disney brands assets (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucas & UTV) & franchises. (An example of a franchise : Marvel Franchises includes, Avengers, Iron Man, Captain America and all other marvel branded properties)
The candidate will be the brand custodian of Disney in the region and should have the ability to look at long term partnerships and monetisation opportunities by leveraging the Disney brands & assets.
Would be responsible to drive & build the Disney Media+ business (integrated sales opportunities across all Disney LOB’s* – ‘Disney Consumer Products, Disney Studios, Disney Interactive and Disney Media Networks’), Disney Theatrical Group (Disney Experiential events), Disney Junior (Sponsorship opportunities) & Disney Digital.
Responsible to ensure that these businesses have a good traction with the partners and further our effort to establish Disney India as experiential brand beyond Television.

Will be the sole team member in the region and engage in day to day conversations with partners and ensure market coverage with relevant brands.
Identify, understand and build long term relationships with key decision makers (CMOs, Marketing Heads, and Brand Custodians)
Understand the brand partner needs, engage in fruitful conversations and deliver customised solutions accordingly
Work in a collaborative manner with teams across LOB’s within the organization.
Capability to forecast revenue on a quarterly basis.
Ensure Targets are met on a Quarterly basis.

Qualifications:MBA with a relevant 6- 8 years branded sales / activation experience in the following fields: In Radio, Television, Print, Digital, Event management sales or experiential marketing. Brand Solutions or Client servicing managers in Media companies Account / Client servicing managers with reputed creative agencies.
