Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial account executive to own and grow strategic accounts. The person must have extensive experience with enterprise account management, be an avid learner, and be interested in working in the digital space.
• Own strategic customer relationships with companies and organizations.
• Grow accounts in alignment with the company’s high-level strategic priorities and mission.
• Develop and execute on account plans to deliver on revenue/growth goals and share learning’s with the rest of the team.
• Develop programs to increase customer engagement and drive their key metrics.
• Inform the business development team’s high-level enterprise sales strategy.
• Serve as primary point of escalation when customer issues arise, troubleshooting and ensuring quick resolution.
• Monitor the competitive landscape/industry trends and identify risks.
• Provide quantitative/qualitative analysis to inform team decision making.
• Develop scaled communication plans to keep customers engaged and up-to-date.
Other/Special Requirements
Superior written and communication skills with strong analytical and creative-problem solving abilities, Excellent interpersonal skills. A record of past achievments, manage stake holders, grow complex accounts, and should be comfortable working in quickly-changing envirnonments.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a recognized university.
Experience:2 to 3 yrs.
