Job Profile/Description
Responsible for nurturing and developing existing Key accounts and gaining new leads
Manage new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
Should have good hands in Handling Operations.
Present offers, negotiate and agree on terms and conditions with the client.
Manage client’s portfolio and having revenue and account management responsibility for key accounts.
Retain Key accounts by building relationships with key decision makers for business development.
Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner
Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery.
Achieving Annual Targets through Repeat Business from Existing Clients by Proposing innovative and Contemporary Brand Activation Solutions
PROJECT DELIVERY. Ensure all promotions and events follow the appropriate client approval protocols.
Timely rising of invoices & payment collection of accounts handled.
INTERDEPARTMENTAL COORDINATION
Liaison between Client, Business Development team and Operations in order to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Actively Engaging with Creative & Designing Team to ensure that the Solutions being presented to the client meets / exceeds expectations.
Other/Special RequirementsExcellent communication & Presentation Skills
Knowledge of ATL & BTL
Team handling & supervision
Qualifications:Graduation. Degree/Advance Diploma in Mass Communications, Business or Marketing.
