Customer Engagement Manager – Twill – Maersk – Chennai

Key Responsibilities:
Manages assigned customers and budget base; pursues and secures business
in line with the business objectives.
Probes and identifies customer needs and provides solutions.
Builds a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account
base.
Communicates significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned
accounts.
Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish
business contacts with potential customers.
Researches and analyses competitive and industry trends.
Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and
are of excellent quality.
Is typically responsible for medium impact customers to the business in
any size cluster.

Who we are looking for:
Logistics work experience/ Sales work experience of 5- 6 years
Would need a certain amount of travel, within the country – depending on business needs
Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and build good engagement levels
Should be able to be in the constant hunt for new business and ensure their movement through the sales cycle.
You should have excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (both written and oral)
Ability to work as a team
