Job Role
• Determine the scope of a project from Art Director
• Suggest strategies to reach a particular audience
• Determine the message the design should portray
• Create images that identify a product or convey a message
• Develop graphics and visual for project-in-hand
• Create designs first by hand and then using computer software packages
• Select colors, images, text style, and layout
• Present the design to the art director
• Incorporate changes recommended by the Art Director into the final design
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them

Experience
Any design experience will be good but is not mandatory

Key Skills:
– Proficient in design and photo-editing software like Illustrator, In-design and Corel Draw.
– Creative and innovative
– Must be a good team player
– Time management and organisational skills
– Accuracy and attention to detail
– Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Other/Special Requirements
Should know :- Softwares like Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
