Job Description
You should have 2-3 years in investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the company’s IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.

Other/Special Requirements
Strong communication skills A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows, Exchange and Citrix Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software Good organizational skills Good time management

Qualifications:
Graduate with IT Skill-OS (Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7 etc… Outlook Experss, Microsoft Outlook, Server 2008 & other server administration.

Experience:2 to 5 yrs.
