Your role in our mission
Collaborates with senior technical leadership to define and govern the overall architectural vision for products and services.
Oversees and provides in-depth design expertise with development teams on new, highly-complex product architectures to meet the strategic direction of the business.
Performs highly complex architectural reviews on current products and solutions to benchmark current state.
Prioritizes and establishes technical direction and design and identifies course to achieve alignment with client and company goals.
As subject matter expert, performs and/or oversees the highly complex design and implementation of multi-product modules and systems to ensure client/business needs are met.
Provides strategic product advice including product features, vendor recommendations and future direction of technology.
Leverages industry and subject matter expertise in understanding business problems affecting customers to ensure product is designed to meet their needs.
Leads and facilitates customer design and awareness sessions that are focused on complex product architectures. Leads and/or oversees the product implementation process, ensuring the solution is sound, appropriate and cost-justified, the components integrate properly, and domains of change within the scope of the solution are addressed.
Serves as the industry expert on product systems, processes, and network architectures.
Creates and delivers internal and/or external conference presentations and participates in product user groups to market and support product solutions
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred
Fifteen or more years of experience with technical product configuration, design, and/or integration
Comprehensive knowledge of object oriented concepts with emphasis on .NET specifications, framework and design patterns using C#
Experience working with client enterprise products, services, and strategies; and technical products, vendors, families of technologies and product configurations
Create library of standard architecture artifacts.
To work on feasibility of auto generating artifacts. Architecture Artifacts are configuration items and should be under change control. Store in Github possibly.
Create process diagrams that depict the timing and creation of artifacts.
Participate in Cost Optimization projects
Designs application modules that work together to produce desired product. Ensures that completed modules provide functionality described by application experts and to ensure that performance guidelines are met.
Plans technical support infrastructure through the creation of service level agreements; leads the transition from application development to support to ensure that appropriate support is available to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
Provides high-level analysis and design reviews to other department members to avoid duplication of effort in solving the same application problems with different products.
Works with third party vendors to develop and/or integrate their applications into company products; ensures that applications are in accordance with company product standards and guidelines.
Works with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements to ensure client satisfaction with product.
Understands and applies one or more industry acknowledged architectural modelling methods and tools.
Formulate and Observability Strategy (monitoring, logging, alerting) for the organization.
Collect ARB metrics from account, interpret the data, and drive systemic change. Also need formal workflow documentation, etc
Documenting in Lean IX state IT Landscapes down to the software component & version, tools, etc…
Participate in the creation of Technology Roadmaps for Accounts
