Your role in our mission
Essential Job Functions
Performs highly complex financial analyses including budgeting, trend analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling; develops and implements capitalization methods to insure that master data solutions meet business needs.
Perform standard and ad hoc reporting of master data to insure consistency across various systems and reporting environments
Develops master data controls, procedures, and systems to evaluate utilization of master data and ensure compliance with management requirements. Identifies additional requirements or necessary changes and develops and implements appropriate course of action.
Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
Assists finance, HR and business partners to insure that master data is used correctly and meets their requirements
Develops and implements process or procedural changes, including training documentation and presentation to other organizations. Collaborates with other departments and/or client in special projects as required.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field preferred
Twelve or more years of finance or accounting experience
Experience working with accounting principles and accounting software and databases
Experience working with financial analysis
